Butts & Guts– An intense focus on Glute and Lower Body Strengthening with an intense Core blast. This class is hyper-concentrated on abdominal and glute work. Sunday’s class is 30 minutes, while Wednesday’s class will hit ya full force, for 60 minutes.
Piyo – PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
Cardio Box – A combination of Cardio / Core and RIPPED, with a dash of Tabata! A no holds barred approach to kicking butt! Uses boxing and kickboxing moves. Fat-burning, muscle-building workout that blends striking with interval training. Jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, front kicks and roundhouse kicks.
A total body mix up of cardio intervals, body weight and dumbbell strength training. Great for building endurance, burning calories and gaining strength. Great for all levels! Incorporates TRX training, ropes, kettlebells and bands. TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight exercise to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. No matter what level, you can get a fun and effective total body workout.
Cardio Strength / Cardio Interval
A combo of different cardio varieties mixed with strengthening exercises, using dumb bells, bar bells, bands, and your own body weight. Cardio Interval is a similar combination of exercises, but with specifically timed intense cardio interval breaks. A great way to blast away calories with an upbeat, fun pace.
A Kettlebell is a cast-iron weight, resembling a cannonball with a handle, and it’s the only thing you need for a great workout! Build strength, endurance and a killer core! The class will blend plyometrics, power, cardio and mobility.
Focused work on core strength, body alignment and muscle balance to lengthen and tone muscles, without bulk. Mat work based class with equipment incorporated. *Will be added back to the schedule this fall.
Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. No matter what level, you can get a fun and effective total body workout.
Work your muscles in a variety of ways by utilizing strengthening exercises designed to tighten and tone. Very little cardio and lots of strength.
Spin / Cycle / Hip Hop Cycle
This indoor cycling class will increase your cardio endurance and burn tons of calories. Joint friendly and low-impact with easily adjustable intensity. Bring a towel and a water bottle. Hip Hop includes fun toning moves, set to music! Check in early for help setting up your bike. Spots are limited!
Stretch and Flex
A great class option for older adults. Balance and core work…a fun class for beginners.
Tabata / Jump Rope Cardio & Core
These classes are based on the HIIT (high intensity interval training) strategy of exercise. You will go through a series of cardio exercises to crank up your heart rate followed by brief rest periods. Tabata uses specifically timed 20 second periods of high intensity, followed by 10 second rest periods. Super Tabata amps up the intensity with 40 seconds intervals!
Jump Rope, Cardio n’ Core is a no holds barred way to crank up the calorie burn and maximize your workouts! Don’t be scared of the jump rope!! Embrace the challenge, YOU CAN DO IT!
Yoga / Vinyasa Flow Yoga/ Candlelight and Gentle / Power Yoga
This class combines sequences of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing to provide an intense body-mind workout. Provides core strength, flexibility and joint mobility. Beginner’s yoga is a great way to get started if you are curious. Our M/W/Sa am classes have a little more of a power yoga feel, so start with the beginner’s, intro or gentle classes, first.
Zumba / Zumba Gold / Zumba Toning
Incorporates aerobic interval training by featuring easy to follow dance steps to tone and sculpt the body. Zumba Toning uses weights and fun sculpting moves. Zumba Gold is a great option for beginners or older adults who want to try Zumba, but at a less advanced pace. Zumba Dance combines traditional Zumba with more dance instruction and a hip hop flair.
Core Commotion / Cardio Blast
Core is a shortened, intense focus on Core Strengthening, Abs and Glutes. Cardio Blast is a total body cardio workout that can be done as a stand-alone or kick start your normal workout! Both Core and Cardio Blast are great to add to your existing workout and are 30 minutes each.
Punch Cards for non-members –
Classes are free for members. Non-members are able to purchase a punch card for any classes or pay on an individual basis. Punch cards are a great way to supplement your existing workouts at another facility with some fresh, new classes.
