Stevenson Park Building Rental (CLOSED due to construction)
Looking for an awesome place to have your next baby or wedding shower? Look no further! You are now able to rent the 2300 square foot Stevenson Building. We will do all the setup and break down, all you need to do is decorate and show up. Rentals will only be allowed on Saturday and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The fee is $100 per hour with a two hour minimum.
You will be allowed 45 minutes before your scheduled time to put up any decorations, table cloths, etc. At the time this brochure went out we were looking into the legalities of allowing alcohol in the building. You will also have access to a small kitchen area with stove, refrigerator and counter space. Maximum capacity with tables and chairs is 100. Call 708-599-2070 to check availability. Birthday Party Options
PACKAGE A – CLASSIC BIRTHDAY BASH (Ages 4-12)
Guests will enjoy traditional birthday activities such as Pin the Tail on the Donkey, Hot Potato, Musical Chairs and more. A great way to celebrate a special day!
PACKAGE B – PAJAMA PARTY
Children come dressed in their pajamas and slippers. We will take a full nights pajama party and condense it into a 2 hour celebration. Please bring a pillow (per child) and a stuffed animal.
PACKAGE C – PRINCESS/PRINCE ROYAL PARTY
(Ages 4-12)
Roll out the red carpet for this prince and princess. We will make crowns and tiaras along with other activities that will be fit for royalty.
PACKAGE D – PIRATES! (Ages 4-12)
Ahoy! In this pirate adventure, children will go on a treasure hunt, as well as participate in pirate themed crafts and activities.
PACKAGE E – KIDS ROCK! (Ages 4-12)
Bring your dancing shoes and enjoy such dance favorites as the Hokey Pokey, Chicken Dance, Electric Slide, Limbo and more. The dances are easy to learn and fun for boys and girls.
Birthday parties are available on Saturday and Sunday for a 2-hour time frame. Times can be scheduled when booking your party. We will provide party invitations and envelopes, cheese pizza, soda or juice, personalized cake, ice cream, paper goods, decorations, goodie bags and two party hosts.
The fee is $175 ($200 for Non-Residents) for up to 15 children including the birthday child along with two adults. There is a $5 charge for each additional child. Birthday parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance. A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the time of the reservation. If the deposit is not received, the reservation may be cancelled.
