WATER PARK RATES
Admission Required for All Guests: All guests entering the Burbank Water Park must have a valid daily pass or membership, including non-swimmers and spectators.

SEASON PASS BENEFITS
- – Pass holders can enter the Burbank Water Park a full half hour prior to park opening on Saturdays & Sundays (10:30 AM)
- – Pass holders have free access to Lap Swim
- – Pass holders have free access to Water Aerobics
ID CARD
Patrons will be issued a swipe card upon registration. The pool pass must be presented every time you enter the water park. Replacement cards are $5 and can be obtained at the Fusion Recplex or Newcastle buildings. Cards will be scanned at the Water Park front desk for entry.
PASS RULES
Additional Family Member rate is eligible for SAME HOUSEHOLD patrons only. Household address/status will be verified via state issued ID
Pool pass holders must follow all posted pool rules. Violations are subject to pass suspension, at managers discretion.
Pool pass ID cards may not be shared. Patrons caught violating this policy may be subject to suspension.
PROOF OF RESIDENCY
The Park District requires proof of residency submitted for all Resident Season Passes and Additional Family Member rates.
Resident rates apply to addresses within the geographical boundaries of the Burbank Park District. If you do not live in Burbank, but believe you may be eligible for residency rates: Please check your itemized property tax bill to verify that you pay taxes to the Burbank Park District.
Online registrants (accounts created online) are required to submit proof of residency for Burbank resident rate AND Additional Family Member rates.
Acceptable forms of proof of residency are as follows:
– Valid driver’s license or state ID
– Current utility bill (within the last 30 days)
– Under 18, may provide proof of school

All organizations must obtain a permit from the Park District Office (Fusion Recplex or Newcastle Recreation) prior to the date of attendance.

* GROUP RATE ELIGIBILITY
- – Group rates are available exclusively to schools and organized groups. Eligible groups include:
- Schools
- Park Districts
- Nonprofit Organizations
- Camps
- and other formally recognized organizations
- -Group rates are not available for private gatherings such as birthday parties, family outings, or informal groups.
VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
To qualify for group rates, organizations may be required to provide verification of their status at the time of booking. Acceptable forms of verification may include:
-School or organization identification
-Official letter on organization letterhead
-Tax-exempt or nonprofit documentation
-Staff or coordinator contact information
The Burbank Park District reserves the right to determine eligibility and deny group rate access if sufficient verification is not provided.
PRE-BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Please pre-book your gathering to qualify for the group rate. This can be done at the Fusion Recplex. Please be as accurate as you can with your group participant number so that our guard staff may accommodate your booking on days our pool numbers approach capacity. (Participant overages can be accommodated at the pool front gate on the day of your swim).
CAREGIVER EXEMPTION
- As part of our commitment to accessibility and inclusion, an exemption to pool season pass fees may be made for caregivers accompanying ADULT individuals with disabilities who require assistance to safely participate in aquatic activities. in these cases, the caregiver may be issued a season pass at no charge. In these cases, the caregiver must be tasked with providing direct support to the individual. The individual receiving care must have a valid admission or membership. Caregiver access is limited to areas necessary to provide assistance and may be subject to verification. Please apply in person at Fusion Recplex.
