The Burbank Park District and its affiliates, their respective directors, officers, owners, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Park District”) have developed this Privacy Policy to describe the types of personal information that we may collect about current, prospective, or past visitors, members, participants, and guest (collectively, “participants,” “you,” “your”), such as when visiting our physical facilities, parks, and website, mobile app, or other digital property or service controlled by the Park District that links to this Privacy Policy (such digital properties and services are referred to, collectively, as the “Online Services”) and explain how the Park District handles such personal information. Your use of both our facilities and our Online Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and your compliance with all applicable laws. Your use of our facilities is further subject to the terms set forth in any membership or other services agreement you sign with us and any rules that are posted in our facilities, and your use of our online services is further subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide to us or that is otherwise provided to us on your behalf. You may choose to provide certain information in order to access or use certain features or services of the Site or the Services, such as making a purchase, joining one of our clubs, paying your membership fees, requesting information, providing us with information via text message or our affiliated apps, filling out employment or volunteer applications, entering a sweepstakes, raffle, or contest, logging into certain exercise equipment consoles using your information, or otherwise contacting us.
We may combine information from the Site and Services together and with other information we obtain from our business records. The Park District may disclose your information to service providers or agents who provide services to or on behalf of The Park District or its members such as, but not limited to, point of sale providers, hosting, data management, analytics and storage services, sweepstakes providers, banking verification providers, membership benefits providers and retention services.

Park District Internal Sharing. We may provide your information to another Burbank Park District entity in order for them to provide you Services if you are a Fusion Recplex member, visitor, or guest at a Burbank Park District program location.
