About Newcastle Rentals:
Events are allowed 1 hour before scheduled time to decorate, place table cloths, etc. Beer and wine are permitted with a flat rate of $125. At no to time is liquor other than beer and wine allowed (hard liquor and kegs are strictly prohibited) All alcoholic beverages must remain in rented room at all times. Guests may not leave room with alcohol in their possession. Underage drinking is not permitted on the premises. All renters are solely responsible for their food, guests, and their actions.
