All year long St. Charles is a charming, old-fashioned town of specialty shops, antique stores, wonderful restaurants, and friendly people. Each fall on Scarecrow Festival weekend, St. Charles becomes a wonderful world of whimsy, fantasy, and creativity as the scarecrows invade every area of downtown. Activities include viewing of 100+ hand-crafted scarecrows, live entertainment, great food and the famous Autumn on the Fox Art & Craft Show.
